A new year naturally invites us to refresh our fitness goals and is also the perfect time to reflect on how your current (or non-existent, no judgment here!) workout routine is serving you.
2020 is expected to be a transformative year for many of us and the beginning of a transformative decade for all. Now more than ever, we feel encouraged to be kind, to be passionate, and to live with purpose. You don’t have to be a dedicated follower of astrology to feel that a major universal shift is upon us. However, if you are open, you might find that your 2020 horoscope has some input on what types of workouts will help you flourish this year.
