The dress is really cute, great lightweight fabric. It’s a nice throw-on casual dress for warm weather and travel. It does need alteration for fit. I am 5’4” and 133 lbs, with curvy hips and average bust size. I bought a L and the upper part of the dress is much too big as mentioned in many reviews. I took a small tuck at each under arm seam and that worked well for me. I like room in the hips, and don’t think the M would have fit comfortably. The waist ties do slip, as mentioned by others; I’ve set them where I want them and simply tied a knot at the end to secure them.
