WHAT I EAT IN A DAY 🍩 . . This is probably the most asked question I get! I eat a lot of the same foods daily because I LOVE THEM and they never get old. Please keep in mind that what works for someone DOESN’T always work for someone else. Our bodies are all super different and require different amounts of food. I eat intuitively and don’t track anything, so don’t ask for portion sizes because I literally just eat as much as I want ahaha. Here’s what a typical day looks like for me ⬇️ . Pre workout snack: verbenergy bar (link in my bio to try them!) . Breakfast: scrambled eggs, 2 veggies sausages, fruit cup, banana with Pb, and coffee . Snack: protein bar + apple . Lunch: protein yogurt bowl using idealfit vegan protein (code: CAITLYN to save!) and coconut yogurt with granola, fruit, Pb, honey, cinnamon, and a side of veggies and dip . Snack: Banana + dry roasted edamame . Dinner: Zoodles with vegan ground meat, edamame, onion, pepper, spices, red sauce, and vegan cheese with a side of sweet potato fries. .
