If you opted to purchase Shipping Protection with your order and have experienced any of these issues with your delivery, please file a claim through our claims portal via the link below and select a solution that’s ideal for you. From there, our dedicated team will be in touch as soon as possible to assist further and do our best to provide an optimal resolution.
Please note: you can start to file a claim 7 days after the last tracking event. You must file a claim within 28 days from the last tracking event on your package in order for it to be covered.
