Aquarius (January 20 - February 18); Air 

Don’t be fooled by the watery name of the Aquarius, you’re looking at the final air sign of the Zodiac. Aquarius likes to make a positive impact on the world, namely in helping the whole of society progress to a higher consciousness. 

Best Workouts: As an air sign, look for something that feels light-hearted but can also help you become better in the world. What makes things better? Things that bring you joy!

Cancer (June 21 - July 22); Water 

Soft on the inside, hard-shelled on the outside (just like the crab itself), Cancer’s will take all the necessary precautions to protect their emotional well-being. Establishing trust is key for these crustacean creatures. 

Best workouts: Find something slow and steady to help you build trust in your body, to both learn movements with precision and to also see progress build over time.

Leo (July 23 - August 22); Fire 

Bow down to the Queens and Kings of the jungle, the ever-passionate and loyal Leo. This lion loves to follow their joy and bask in the fiery energy that burns within them. 

Best Workouts: Highly energetic and sociable, find something that helps you channel all your energy and also makes you feel seen among your peers.

Virgo (August 23 - September 22); Earth
