We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, if you are not satisfied and would like to return a non-clearance item, please follow the policy guidelines.

In order to receive a refund on your purchase, your return must meet the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Merchandise must be returned unused and unwashed, all items are subject to inspection

All hangtags must be attached to the garment and proof of payment from RBXActive.com must accompany the return- (we do not accept returns from 3rd party retailers) Outgoing shipping charges are not refunded.

Please note: Any item marked as "clearance" is final sale and not returnable. Undergarments are non-returnable.
