Being healthy and active are the most important things for me right now. It’s always a work in progress for me these last couple of years. I’ve stepped up my activity since spring by starting running a mile, mile and a half each morning, then walking another 2.5-3 miles at night when I can. I’ve added using arm weights 3-4 times a week to my routine, although I’m not as strict and tend to put it off more than I should. Instead of getting discouraged with my body, weight, or lack of motivation sometimes, I’ve decided to embrace all of the positive steps I’ve taken. Small steps are steps too!
