Find what works for you!! My current training: 4-5x a week strength training, combing, kettlebells and bodyweight focusing on core strength & endurance! On the days in between, I am training my mind with outdoor runs, focusing on mental clarity. Yesterday, I officially signed up to compete in my first spartan race (October) My training split will start to include heavier squats, pulling and longer runs.
